MUSEUM - OIL MILL
LOS ALBARDINALES

The Olive Oil’s museum is part of Los Albardinales building. A restored Oil Mill from 1925, some scale models and pictures transport visitors through Olive Oil’s production from romans till present time.

You can visit our modern factory too where we produce our excellent and multy awared Organic Olive Oil: “Oro del Desierto” and join us in the process from the tree to the bottle and taste the new harvest batches in our Olive Oil Cellar.

Olive oil is the centre of the experience and main part of our gastronomy, so you can complete your visit at the restaurant and taste our specialities at the bar wich offers a wide range of toast and cold tapas, available for eat in or at the terrace.
