RESTAURANT IN ALMERIA - LOS ALBARDINALES

“Los Albardinales” is placed in an old Oil Mill from 1925 restored keeping the most remarkable elements of the architecture and the landscape of Tabernas’s Desert.

Los Albardinales has been renowned for his intimate and relaxed ambient with three independent rooms with capacity for 80 guests. We have a thematic museum in the same building based on the Olive Oil production throughout history and a modern operative Oil Mill to be visited by our guests before or after enjoying our special gastronomy.

We serve traditional food with emphasis on fresh, seasonal and organic produce. We offer a wide range of local recipes inherited throughout generations in Tabernas. Signature dishes include pipirrana salad, roasted lamb chops and leche frita cake with oranges and organic olive oil. Los Albardinales sophistications appeals to individuals who appreciate good service, honest seasonal cooking and homemade ingredients (including Organic Olive Oil, vinegar, wine, capers and Cheese).

The restaurant is situated in a unique area among desert landscapes, olive groves and mountains with remaining western-movie sets and near the Almeria´s beaches, is great for weekend lunch, special dinners and corporate parties. All rooms are also available for private hire.
